A Full Heart

I wish I could go back and tell the seventeen year old me I loved her. I wish that I could acknowledge everything she was carrying. I wish I could stop picking her apart and remind her of her strength and her bravery.

I wish I could tell her she was about to walk through the most hellish decade of her life, and that season would give her a relationship with her Creator that she’d never give back. I wish I could go ahead and tell her – don’t give up, don’t quit, don’t stop believing in more. You’re going to make it to the other side.

I wish I could show her the full arms, the full heart, and the full smile that was coming for her.

I deeply believe your story can break you wide open to live a beautiful, abundant, vibrant life. I believe that in the mystery of our stories, we will find a thousand miracles of grace. There won’t be a method for it, but that is the miracle.

The first miracle Jesus preformed publicly started like this, “But his mother told the servants, “Do whatever he tells you.” (John 2:5) The same power that turned water into wine, lives inside you and me. Take that leap of faith. It might just be the beginning of your miracle.

“The faithful love of the Lord never ends! His mercies never cease. Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning.” Lamentations 2:22-23
